Industrial White Oil

Introduction

The products are made from  petroleum lube fraction by means of dewaxing, chemical refining and hydrotreating. They  are applicable for bundling, smoothly and finely spinning and deforming processes of chemical fibre and synthetic fibre for textile, and for lubrication of various machinery.   The product and other brands go in accordance with the Professional Standard of SH 0006-90 among which NO.5 white oil goes in accordance with Q/SH010-91.

The product  is packed in second-handed iron  drums or new drums.

The series product is packed, labeled, stored, transported, delivered and checked in accordance with SH0164.The packing container requires clean and no contamination materials. The plastic pail, aluminum or stainless steel oil tank without foul or tonic are suggested for the purpose.

 

Major Functions and Advantages: 

The series products are colorless and fluorescent and it is a transparent liquid. It enjoy a fine oxidation stability and lubrication

Usage:

The series are applicable for the lubrication of the process in the beaming, smoothing, finish weaving and knitting of chemical fiber, textile, process-composed fiber. It can be used as the feed of natural rubber and compound rubber as the feed and disperser of agricultural sprayer and pesticide.
